Cathy's Ghostriders Beef on a Bun
In 16 inch by 8 inch tin foil pan, place one layer of roast beef and cover with sauce. Repeat till all beef and sauce is used. Wrap top with tin foil, freeze for later or place on BBQ indirect heat on low for at least 1 hour....but the longer you leave it the more tender it gets! Up to 4 hours. Place on bun or bread...Its great!
Ingredients
- 4 lbs of Thin Sliced Cooked Beef
- 1 Bottle of Ghostriders Sauce (your favorite one)
- 1 16 by 8 inch Foil Pan

Ghostriders Smokehouse Blackened Burgers
Blend garlic, onion, pepper, salt, and sage, together. In a large bowl place ground beef, add blended spice and Ghostriders original sauce to ground beef. Mix well and refrigerate over night. The next day form into 4- 8 ounce patties, then coat with smoked paprika. Heat cast iron frying pan on BBQ on high, till it starts to smoke! Add burgers and cook approx. 4 minutes per side, or until it reaches 165F inside. Place on bun with condiments of your choosing and enjoy!!

- 1 Tsp. Sage
- 1 Bottle of Ghostriders Original Sauce

Hickory Smoked Beef On A Bun
In a large bowl mix all ingredients, roll into 2 once balls. Place meatballs in Dutch oven cook on low, turn meatballs often till done. Drain of fat and add bottle of Ghostriders Spank Me. Simmer for one hour, serve with riced potato and cauliflower!

- 4 Tbsp. Greek Spice
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. Pepper
- 1 Bottle of Ghostriders Spank Me Sauce

Ghostriders Big Beef Ribs
Pre heat BBQ on med/low heat, approx 250F. Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl, toss in beef ribs coat well. Place ribs on BBQ rack (indirect heat) grill for 3 hours. Baste with sauce grill another 3 hours till tender, baste often. Slow cooker 8 hours on low, add all sauce after placing in cooker.
